GDR IAMAT 2024 plenary sessions

The GDR IAMAT is organizing its 2nd plenary days from July 2 to 5, 2024 in Toulouse.

Under the supervision of the INP and the INC (main sections 5, 13, 15 of the CNRS), the GDR IAMAT (Artificial Intelligence in Materials Sciences) began on January 1, 2022, for a period of 5 years. We suggest you join us on our mailing list (site: https://listes.services.cnrs.fr/wws/info/gdr_iamat-inscrits) and/or follow us on our site.

The mission of the GDR IAMAT (Artificial Intelligence in Materials Sciences) research group is to bring together the numerous teams and different communities interested in artificial intelligence approaches in materials sciences (theoretical and experimental). The spectrum covers a scientific continuum from developments in AI to real-world applications in materials science. One of the key missions of the GdR is to encourage educational exchanges between communities, particularly through transversal actions, to promote new inspirations and collaborations.

The GDR IAMAT is organized in a matrix manner. The “lines” corresponding to the scientific challenges identified. The “columns” correspond to general classes of AI/ML algorithms and methods, which are transversal to the needs of scientific challenges.
